Down payment and payment for balance outstanding

In order to book a cruise, the customer must pay a 30% down payment. Balance outstanding must be paid at the latest 45 days before departure.

For lack of payment, the cruise will be considered as cancelled by the customer, cancellation costs will de deducted.

For booking less than a month before departure, the customer has to pay in one time for the whole amount.

Cruise cancellation due to the customer

Whatever the cause, cruise cancellation by the customer leads to costs which vary with the date it occurs.

Cancellation date & costs

Until the 45th day before departure : 30% of the whole price

From 44 to 11 days before departure : 70% of teh whole price

From 10 days before departure : 100% of the whole price

Total or partial giving up of the cruise

If the customer does not take part to the cruise, shorten it, break it, or does not show up at the place and time set, he will not be able to claim compensation or repayment whatever the reason. Unused services will not be repaid.
